These conditions govern all contracts made YmanX Limited (hereinafter called "the Vendor") for the sale and/or supply of goods. In these conditions of sale "the buyer" means the individual, group, limited company or other entity buying or ordering goods from the Vendor.

Unless expressly or otherwise stated all prices quoted include valued added tax at a standard rate.

Any time or date named by the Vendor for delivery is given and intended as an estimate only based upon conditions prevailing at the time order is accepted and time shall not be of the essence. The Vendor shall use all reasonable endeavours to supply the goods in accordance with the estimate but it shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in delivery.

On receipt of delivery, any of the goods found to be damaged or short in delivery, the buyer shall be obliged to notify the Vendor in writing within five working days of delivery. All goods shall be at the risk of the buyer from the date of delivery of the goods.

The Vendor shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss or damage or injury of whatsoever nature for any consequence of any such loss injury or damage arising out of or resulting from any cause whatsoever beyond the Vendor's reasonable control.

The supply and sale of Goods and services by YmanX Limited are subject to the following standard terms and conditions:

1. GENERAL

In these terms and conditions "The Company" means YmanX Limited, "Goods" means the Goods covered by our invoice and "The Customer" means the person(s) or establishment shown on the invoice as being liable to pay for the Goods. By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item seven working days of the day after the date the item was delivered. YmanX may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. You will be bound by the terms and conditions current at any time.

2. PAYMENT

Payment must be received in full prior to the order being processed.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

All prices are shown in GBP sterling. We accept most major credit/debit cards with the exception of American Express. There are no transaction fees; the price you see on the screen is the price you pay. The merchant name Ymanx Limited will appear on your statement. 

3. TITLE

Ownership of the Goods will remain with The Company until payment has been received in full.

4. RETURNS

The Customer must notify The Company, in writing, within 5 working days of receipt of Goods if it intends to return goods that have been wrongly supplied or delivered in a faulty condition. The Company will provide The Customer with a Returns Authorisation number, which must be quoted by The Customer on its Returns documentation. Refunds will not be issued for unauthorised returns. Upon receiving the returned goods, The Company will check the items returned against the Returns Authorisation detail and will issue a refund for all faulty goods and all items wrongly delivered which have been returned in their original, unpacked condition. We reserve the right not to issue a refund for items, which have been used or damaged by The Customer. The Company does not supply goods on a sale or return basis. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. Refunds will be paid in the same method as was paid for the goods.

5. DELIVERY

The Company will use its best endeavours to supply Goods on the requested date. However, The Company shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever suffered or caused through late delivery or non-delivery. Risk of loss and/or damage (but not title) to Goods supplied by The Company will pass to The Customer upon receipt of delivery.                                                                                                The Customer must make notification of short deliveries to The Company, in writing, within 14 working days of receipt of Goods. The Company will not issue a refund for any claims of short deliveries, which are notified, to The Company outside this period.
